Odila Weeks, a highly trained Spa Therapist with close to two decades of experience, officially opened the doors to this establishment in May this year, pregnant with a vision to provide a primary source for holistic care for persons seeking to relax and harmonize their body and mind.

Well, the plan really was for Driftwood Spa to be opened sooner, like September 8, 2017, but we all know who came two days before that and disrupted our lives right? Hurricane Irma!

Though the vision was somewhat dampened, Odila was determined not to be daunted by the challenge of losing everything and having to regroup. She purposefully forged ahead, confident that this is how she wanted to herald the rest of her years: helping to rejuvenate the energy and mental well-being of as many persons as she can.

So while working to actually launch the spa as planned, Odila did something quite special. With the help of a colleague, she set up a mobile spa in the heart of Road Town and gave out free massages! She said she was just so bored and anxious to be doing what she loved, that for 18 weeks they blessed some people with complimentary massages every day! Did we tell you this was a passion for her or what?

“The name Driftwood Spa came from me,” Odila reflected when asked. “I just love the idea and concept of, after a good massage, my clients feel like they’re drifting away, like a piece of drifting wood on the ocean.”

So with the facility restored and her professionally trained and expert staff from all over the world, including Bali and the Caribbean, fully in support of her, Driftwood Spa now provides that extra potion of personalized attention that sets this spa above the rest.

Driftwood Spa BVI offers a range of aesthetic works such as massages, facials, scrubs, manicures, pedicures and yoga treatments. Adding to that is their well known and special high-end brand Elemis, which is used on many cruise ships and gives clients a spectacular result. The Elemis brand comprises mostly natural ingredients.
