Thirty-Three (33) Admin drive in Wickhams Cay 1, was a Christmas cultural kaleidoscope on Saturday 17th December 2016.
Natives from sixteen (16) countries including -Antigua, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Lebanon, Jamaica, Montserrat, St. Lucia, Philippines, Germany, Dutch St. Maarten, Grenada, BVI, St. Kitts and Nevis, who have made the British Virgin Islands their home transformed the grounds of the Government Administrative Complex into a fiesta with booths serving their native foods and drinks with a Christmas flavor.
Each country sang a medley of songs as well as various performances and skits.


Other performances were done by among others, the Mount Carmel Baptist church, BVI Dance School, Foggy Mountain Boys and B’More.
The event-4th annual Premier’s Christmas around the world was held under the theme: Many Cultures, One BVI.
The High-Frequency band provided the background music, DJ Paid Fa pelted the Christmas tunes, and Mrs. Arliene T. Penn was the host of the program.
Other activities included face painting, lucky dips, selfies with Premier and storytelling.
In their brief remarks, Hon Premier Dr. D. Orlando Smith and Permanent Secretary in the Premier’s Office Mr. Brodrick Penn welcomed those in attendance.
“We are in for a treat tonight,” Permanent Secretary Penn said, while the Honorable Premier stated that the function is fitting and would want to see it continued.
