Four Women, Four Journeys, One Church! ‘She Designed the Life She Wanted’ tells the story of four Christian women who stood on the Word of God to overcome issues and challenges that arose throughout their Christian journey. Meet Jade, Cassidy, Emily and Simone. Read how they used biblically based principles to design a meaningful, impactful and joy filled life.

Emily was taught all her life to live holy and present her body as a living sacrifice unto God. She loved the Lord but felt so disconnected from Him ever since she was raped. She could not understand why she was raped. She sat in church and listened to the Word of God being preached and often wondered “Who am I? and Why am I here?”

Simone separated from her husband after two years of marriage because of his continuous adulterous behavior. At the age of 38, Simone is faced with living life alone and is struggling with rejection and depression. She has a desire to re-marry however re-marriage is frowned upon at the church she attends so she decides to be artificially inseminated and start a family.

This book is aimed at Christian Women who were taught all their life to ‘…present their bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is their reasonable service’ as stated in Romans 12:1 yet found themselves in diverse situations experiencing ungodly issues. This book will empower those women to believe in themselves and remind them that although they may have been battered, bruised and broken, God loves them.
