Born in the British Virgin Islands, Sophia Emberson-Bain has embarked on an extraordinary journey, showcasing her immense talent on the global stage. With a passion for storytelling and a dedication to her craft, Sophia has captivated audiences worldwide with her performances.
In addition to her role in Godzilla x Kong, Sophia has appeared in various high-profile film and television projects, including Barrumbi Kids on Netflix, which was recognized as Children’s Production of the Year at the 2023 Australian Screen Producers Awards. Her versatility shines through in her roles in NBC’s Joe vs Carole, Harrow, Darby and Joan, Aquaman, and Foxtel’s critically acclaimed The End.

Sophia Emberson-Bain is a talented actress hailing from the British Virgin Islands. She is the daughter of Dr Dawn Bain and Mr Ashley Emberson-Bain. Her maternal grandparents are Ms Monica Allen (BEM) and Mr Leslie Allen (deceased), and paternal grandparents are Mr Ken Bain (deceased) and Mrs Margaret Bain (deceased). Mr Ken Bain was the former BVI Financial Secretary and Deputy Governor to the late Honorable Lavity Stoutt and Cyril Romney governments, 1980-1985.
